This new profiterole collection is dedicated to and inspired by my late grandmother, Mama Fely. Her kitchen was the best place to eat authentic Filipino cooking, and it's where my passion for baking began. Mama Fely also had the biggest sweet tooth, especially for Ube ice cream, anything with Coconut, and Halo-Halo (a popular Filipino dessert).

Mama Fely passed away before I started JJ DeLights, but I wanted to include her memory and spirit through this collection. The flavours I've used were some of her favourites, especially ube, coconut, and mango. Mama Fely's cooking brought joy to so many people, and I hope I can do the same with my products.
