The United States Hispanic Leadership Institute is a nonprofit organization whose work focuses on education, leadership development, and Latino empowerment. Civic engagement and research are highly valued by the organization as tools to uplift disenfranchised communities.

During the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute National Conference participants gather for multiple meal functions, one of them being the Educational Achievement Luncheon. In order to continue giving back to the community the organization formulates important relationships with sponsors. They each participate in different capacities, and for this event USHLI wanted to recognize a few different sponsors who supported the conference program.
The energy of the participants can be felt throughout the conference, but the spirit is truly shown when everyone sits down as a community during the meal functions. It is a moment to get folks
re-energized, but also to recognize and encourage one another. Sponsors share their remarks and reflect on the success of the conference and all of its participants. This video was captured and uploaded to Twitter as attendees made their transition from lunch to the next part of the program. Participating sponsors' Twitter handles were included to thank them for their support.
