Mural in Marneuli on women empowerment
This year, in the framework of the campaign, USAID/PROLoG, together with its partner organizations, Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) and Georgian Trade Unions Confederation (GTUC), supported painting of the mural in Marneuli with the aim to unite and empower women regardless of their religious and ethnic belonging, profession and status - women are together, standing next to each other and fighting for their rights under the message - “Power is in Unity”. The author of the mural is Georgian Street Artist Tina Chertova.
USAID/PROLoG, in the frame of “16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence” will hold a series of online activities together with partner institutions, academic partners and nongovernmental organizations. The campaign will start from November 25 and last until December 10.
