It is up to you how you want to use it - on a desk or up in the air as a pendant. It has a clever design that allows it to be flat packed and delivered to you at lower costs. It is very easy to assemble and can be done well under a minute. 

 

HEX is made of locally sourced solid birch made by skilled craftsmen and laser cut white plexiglass giving it a nice and warm ambient light. It includes a black and white 3 meter fabric cord.

Wood is a natural material and is likely to change over time but other than it should last through generations.
