Design Concept
This bachelor pad is a new-build but the owner wanted a comfortable yet contemporary space that he could entertain and call his own.
Some family was going to eventually move in (a brother and niece) so he wanted their rooms to be ready upon arrival. Some existing furniture needed to be incorporated into the design.
