ISAN GENDUT; A Visual Journal #1
Isan Gendut isn’t a strange name in his hometown. Yes, he is a fat man who loves music and photography, make them as his profession. Isan Gendut was born and grew up in Padang (Indonesia) until he dare himself move to Bandung in order to chase his dreams and thrive himself.
It all started in 2012 when he knew photography, started from a mobile phone camera into professional digital camera. Now, his main focus is stage photography, going places chasing these and those music stages to shoot. Beside stage photography, he’s also taking another photography discipline such as journalism, documentation, product, and wedding. The most unforgetable project he is an annual music event held Sampoerna called SOUNDRENALINE in 2016 & 2017. To him, the camera is a friend. Because of his enormous amount of love towards photography what makes him today.
