For this project we had to find a piece of work from an artist we found inspiring, and recreate it in pencil. I chose Alexis Marcou's piece called "MAU"  which he designed for a Brazilian band in 2009 for their ablum cover. Marcou's use of illustration, water color, and his attention to detail makes him one of the best designers in the world. I got consent from Marcou himself before I started my drawing back in 2010.
