Mutiny Thirteen Design Studio is a brand that is built upon the love of industrial design and baseball.

It was important to create a system where a number of different styles could be applied to the brand over time, while retaining brand unity and recognition. Additionally, the studio's primary logos were designed to be fully responsive, enabling them to adapt to a multitude of print and digital environments.

The focus was for the green and orange color scheme to be the center of the brand, allowing for a variety of visual styles to be applied, while still being identifiable. This strong and quickly identifiable color scheme frees the brand to experiment with different styles and explore the personality of the studio, allowing them to co-exist together within the same identity.

Baseball was a significant influence on the tone of voice and an illustration style was developed to add a unique personality to the studio website, as well as marketing materials such as baseball card-style business cards. This in turn inspired the development of a series of baseball-themed secondary logos for inclusion on studio merchandise and apparel.

The resulting execution is an incredibly flexible system, that embraces variety at its core, allows for continuous development and reduces the need for a full-scale rebrand in the future.
