BACKGROUND The SwissChronoFood study follows volunteers aged 12 to 99 with a smartphone to assess the effects of eating patterns on metabolism. MANDATE Development of an identity to identify the project through a website and social networks.

LOGO The logo consists of a lettering enclosed in an acronym. The eighth of a circle expresses the idea of the passage of time and the diagram. A monochrome font (LL Simple by NORM) applied to a three-line layout conveys the notion of data. The colours are those of the CHUV, the university hospital hosting the study.

WEBSITE The area of the website is split in two, with a call to action on the left while navigation and information on the right. As the demonstration of the application is a video, reading should not be hindered, so the choice was made to use large headlines counterbalanced by a serif type for the main text and standfirst. Headlines: Proxima Nova Condensed by Mark Simonson. Current: Calluna by exljbris.
