Approximate Type is an independent type foundry from Copenhagen, Denmark, established by Kasper Pyndt Rasmussen. The foundry explores the primal principle of giving shape to letters through typefaces that aim to balance the historical with the contemporary, typefaces that are flexible without ever snapping, and typefaces that have grit as well as wit.
The website currently features four distinct retail typefaces: Reply, Aguzzo, Dalat and Clerk, to be licensed 🧾 for your disparate typographic needs.
