What if AR helps to turn your swimming session into meditation ? 

Both in the swimming and meditation, breathing is the common point in which you let go of  thought to fully focus on the activity. An important aspect about freestyle swimming is to maintain the breathing as constant as possible, keeping a horizontal body led by the head’s position and rotate your shoulders correctly at every stroke.

In the era of fitness trackers, I found interesting to focus on the sight to guide the swimming experience through the googles. While swimming you synchronize your movements to the visual displayed as well as possible, follow the tempo and keep an appropriate body positioning.​​​​​​​


Ignore the clock on the wall, be unhurried, forget about numbers, it is about being fully present in the water, focusing on the freestyle technique instead of getting laps in.
