WOMAN-BLOOD-LINES – HOMMAGE À BRUNO MUNARI
Graphic Design Exhibition at Budapest Design Week 2013
Organised by the Society of Hungarian Graphic Designers and Typographers (MATT)

As a part of the Hungarian - Italian Cultural Season 2013, I was one of the 20 female designers who were invited to participate at the exhibition organised in honour of the italian artist Bruno Munari.

I chose to create an anamorphic experiment which reflects on his famous qoute: "When the artist observes nature... it is as if nature communicated, through the sensitivity of the artist at that moment, one of its secrets."

"The diversity of design present in Bruno Munari’s work is very similar to female existence. Full of permanence and continuous renewal. Full of seemingly irrelevant and really essential. Full of emotions and practical purposes. Design is a flutter, like female soul is – volatile, yet eternal. This exhibition of MATT therefore is about women who celebrate l’ouvre of Bruno Munari with the constant instantaneity of graphic design as a profession."
