Walk It Off

The brief for this project, "Burning calories should be as fun as eating them" was set by the Department of Health & DARE for D&AD Student Awards 2013. My challenge was to create a campaign which will motivate adults and children to get involved in regular physical activities. We were required to address the issue of weight gain with less preaching about nutritional value and more about taking part in regular physical activities. This campaign was designed to promote ‘walking’ as a regular physical activity because it’s the easiest most efficient way to burn calories. The campaign is targeted at children from age 11 to 17 years and adults between 18 and 55 years of age.
