Central to the cover design was the photograph. The original artwork came from a Worth1000.com user named "clockwork cow" for a contest in Oct 2007. After working to find the artist and failing, we recreated a version of the image, having identified the original images from which it had been created. As there was some question as to whether the animal shown was actually a groundhog, we found new facial characteristics to better groundhog-ize the star.
