Der Förderverein Humanitäre Botschaft e.V. ist Initiator der Spendenaktion »Cent hinterm Komma« , die sich für Behinderte und sozial benachteiligte Kinder einsetzt. Die Kampagne mit City-Light-Plakaten soll verdeutlichen, was ein einziger Cent unter vielen für ein Kind bedeuten und wie es dessen Zukunft verbessern kann. Den Betrachter hält sie auf provokante Art vor Augen, dass eine kleine Spende für ihn meist ein Kinderspiel darstellt, er im Regelfall jedoch trotzdem nicht handelt. Er soll zur Spende und zur Wertschätzung des Minimalsten animiert werden.
Die Plakatmotive zeigen verschiedene Kinderspiele, denen ein letztes Centstück fehlt, um das Spiel zu gewinnen. Eine kleine Spendenbox an der Außenwand der Vitrine ermöglicht es zu spenden, und den letzten fehlenden Cent zu ergänzen.

The campaign consisting of city light posters is supposed to elucidate what a single cent among many can mean for a child, and how it could improve its life. In a provocing way, the campaign conveys to the viewer tha, in most cases, a small donation is a »child's play« for most people, but normally there is still no action taken. In this way, viewers are supposed to be encouraged to make a donation and to appreciate the »bare minimum«.
The posters show different child plays in which there is one last cent missing to complete and win the game. A little box on the outside of the glass makes it possible to donate a cent and to complete the whole missing cent.
