Tenant Engagement - Melbourne Cup

To boost tenant engagement for one of Cromwell Property Group (Cromwell) retail and commercial office buildings, Northpoint Tower teamed up with their internal retailers to create an activation to rewards consumers when buying form one of their retailers.

The competition entailed consumers going into the draw each time they purchased something from one of the retailers. The winner with the most entries would win $1,000 to spend at one of Northpoint Towers retailers.

The brief was to create colourful and vibrant elements with a minimal budget.
