In 2016, two friends and I decided that we didn’t want to go back to our regular summer jobs. We wanted to do something new and fun together. After having stumbled upon the drink nitro coffee in Copenhagen one sunny day in March, we started to look into the opportunity of running a food-truck-styled cafe based around this new and exciting product. We wanted to build our own custom cargo bike and serve nitro coffee on the summer streets of Gothenburg.
This resulted in:
Very good coffee.
A launch video in collaboration with filmmaker Axel Ahlqwist.
An Instagram and a Facebook page.
Merchandise in the shape of t-shirts and stickers.
An article in the culture magazine Djungeltrumman.
My responsibilities included but were not limited to:
Designing and constructing the cargo bike, including the built-in nitro coffee tap serving system.
Establishing a graphical profile and designing our logo.
