Beekle is a bicycle accessory designed to help people who have problems with stability (obese, elderly, etc.) to enjoy cycling again.

The task was to design a bicycle accessory for people suffering from obesity. Our team went through a structured design process, during which we were looking for a solution that would hit their needs while remaining attractive.

Beekle joins functionality of support wheels with practicality of a storage. Its design drags attention from the need to stabilize to the ability to carry things. Extending the target group helped us to avoid usual stigmatization of products for obese people.
