For My Major Work project in my final year of design, I chose Spanish Moss Vintage (SMV) an online vintage boutique. For my proposal I created a marketing plan to promote a 'mock' grand store opening of a physical boutique in Sydney, making SMV more accessible and tangible to the Australian market.
The idea behind the logo, was to portray them as a classy yet affordable 'umbrella' brand, aimed at young avante-garde fashionistas with a high class feel. Along side the logo I coordinated and conducted photoshoots in local australian suburbs/rainforests to use for my promotional posters, brochure, website and postcards- all of which would be given in a limited edition souvenir package to the first 150 to enter the boutique in celebration of the Grand Store Opening. Other designs for SMV include Swing tags, calico bag and a promotional T-shirt.
This is my favourite design work so far :) even though its not a real life project!
