This is an alternate design for a Conference being held here in my country sometime next year. since they haven't unveiled the design they chose (which I designed-ish) Ive decided to pose these up coz I think these were better :)
The arrow shaped motif is a traditional Samoan design. Its basically a plaited coconut frond. You can find the original look this type of design on a Samoan males 'tatau' (traditional male tattoo)
