IOHA Exhibition Design

IOHA is the Institutional Office for HIV and Aids, focusing on programmes for students and visitors around the University of Johannesburg.

The brief was to create an exhibition that focuses on sexual health and safety. The slogan of the exhibit was 'Get Frisky, Not Risky', to send a message to students to take protective measures when sexually active.

The overall aesthetic of the design was inspired by the Red Light District in Amsterdam.

The main focus of the exhibit is the dice, inspired by the sex dice game, originally one dice would be a sexual act and the other would be a body part, aimed towards creating a fun and exciting activity.
For the purpose of the exhibit the dice would be custom made to incorporate methods of contraception and various methods of protection, to create awareness and information on sexual health and safety.
