Art and music go hand and hand like bread and butter, Siskel and Ebert, Abbott and Costello. Creating a comforting environment and space that is conducive to letting the imagination run wild and ideas flow freely is what we have designed in THE | S T U D I O. The Studio is an art, music, and design center passionate about the arts and understands the health benefits of engaging in artistic endeavors. “Through creative forms of self- expression, both young and old are able to benefit by living a healthier lifestyle.” (Rudzik-Shaw, 2012) Everything is designed to enlighten your senses and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

A boutique style entrance that is designed to inspire. A contemporary space with an old world feel. The interior is bright and fresh filled with all natural light from the windows that over look the calming parks that surround the building.

We have chosen a neutral pallet of creams,whites, woods, and gold. Reclaimed wood from the Italian Renaissance is used as a focal point behind the reception desk as well as inspiring photos of the arts are displayed in gorgeous gilded frames from ceiling to floor for a dramatic effect.

the BACH LOUNGE. . . .
A L O U N G E inspired by the love for Bach and classical music and the positive benefits studies have proven that it has on the brain. We have designed a contemporary twist to an old world feel. An inviting space that brings the outdoors in and over looks THE| S T U D I O'S garden. The lounge has a relax feel with 3 groupings of lounge seating and one huge family style farm table that sits 12. The lounge serves coffee, tea’s, fountain beverages, wine, champagne, along with some small plates, as well as cheese and fruit platters.

Is an extension of the Bach room. Inspired by the love for Bach and classical music. This space is drenched in all white marble allowing nature and music to be the true focal point.

Giant murals of Michelangelo’s “David” add a quirky contemporary touch as do the pop of yellow on the Herman Millers Eames molded plastic rocker chairs. To make this outdoor space functional year round, we needed to enclose it. We used 15’ custom designed windows that over look the grounds gardens and used a glass oval dome to close the ceiling from all the weathers elements.

We have designed an intimate space with an old world feel over looking the park for a tranquil environment. The space has 5 individual, (8’ x 8’) private artist studios fully equipped with all painting mediums. We designed this room so that each artist could have maximum privacy while working on their projects, but still have the option to listen and watch instructor’s art demonstrations.

A S T U D I O inspired by Frank Loyd Wright and designed for those guests who have a love for Architecture. We have designed an intimate space with an old world feel over looking a park that gives the room a tranquil feel. The Wright Studio is fully equipped with 6 drafting tables, a table for constructing models, a library fully stocked with architecture books and two seating area that face the park.

A S T U D I O inspired by the love of flowers and nature. We have designed an intimate space that brings the indoors opening into a private garden. With in the studio are 4 large working stations that sit a total of 16 guests. The space is fully stocked with all flower arrangement instruments, vases and even hand made pottery from our Michelangelo Studio. To the right is a indoor garden fully stocked with the seasons freshest flowers.
