In 2020, my Virtual Reality (VR) illustrations were a regular newspaper feature in the Hernando Sun Times. QR codes in the newspaper led readers to a VR experience that could be enjoyed on smartphones or tablets.

My invention, Hybrid VR Paintings, is an unbroken bridge in the continuity from traditional painting to VR painting. These physical paintings allow a VR experience. My Hybrid VR Paintings are a marriage of cutting-edge technology and traditional craft in art. 

In this VR newspaper series, Resilient Americana (later Resilient Hernando County), readers were invited to explore the print content as a VR experience.
