As part of the Japan Week 2011 in Germany the two Japanese designers, Shinnoske Sugisaki and Yoshimaru Takahashi were invited to showcase their work at the University of Applied Sciences, Düsseldorf.
The idea for the exhibition was to use traditional Japanese low tables to display the posters
of the two designers, but to use non-traditional colors like pink, cyan and grey.
Everything, the tables, the benches and the constructions for hanging the large banners
were built in the University’s own architecture workshop.
