Poptree, established in the year 2014, is the distributor, supplier and exporter of building materials & tools. They own the brand POP IN. We were faced with the challenge of coming up with a smart and interesting way to package their Blind Rivets product.

The shape of the package was the very first thing our team decided on. By using strong rectangular boxes to package the product, we managed to keep the packaging compact, while conveying the properties of firmness and strength. The graphic description on how to use pop in blind rivets for fixing would be useful even for a first time user of the product.
It was also important to bring out this key factor of  strength through the color of the package and hence we used the very bold colour of black in a balancing combination with yellow and orange. No additional design or pattern was used so as to maintain a clean, uncluttered and professional look, but colourful enough to stand out to the customer even from a distance.
Aside from this, the typography used is not only sharp and sleek but is also very easily readable and clear to the customer. We felt that this simple and sensible design is just what the product required.
