Lean Ground Beef. A Taste For Change.

Cargill Lean Ground Beef wasn't selling very well in grocery stores because of its low fat content. The creative team got together and decided to target those that are more inclined to eating healthy and push an in-store point-of-purchase campaign during the New Year. That is when Resolution Revolution was born. The campaign included posters, rail strips, shelf blades, wobblers, recipe fill brochures and package coupon stickers.
Results
The campaign helped raise sales from 300 to 1,400 and
coupon redemption went from 1% to 4%, a significant leap in normal coupon usage.

A project thought to be too edgy for grocery stores, ended up being very successful....
esp for LEAN ground beef.
