Customer Service eLearning Concept

This concept project was created as part of an Instructional Design course at Full Sail University.  The fictional company was having an issue with unhappy customers.  Ultimately, their representatives were not reaching out to assist customers and customers were leaving without making purchases.  My concept for training included a mock eLearning module created in Adobe XD, along with this flyer.
This was the final flyer I created based on a series of sketches and mock-ups (shown below).  
As the final stage of the project, we created a short video pitch to the client that outlined our training session and how it would benefit them.  This was our "60 second" elevator pitch. 
I created a series of sketches on a tablet or in Illustrator trying to come up with the proper theme and layout for my flyer that I could also carry over into my learning module.  I was close with the balls of yarn but then as I thought about the company more, I swapped out the yarn idea for coffee beans since it was a cat store that also sells coffee.
