Invitation Project
For the invitation project, I was to use what I know about proximity and alignment, I created a 5x7 typographic invitation for an event/party. The idea of this assignment was to challenge me to make a creative invitation using only type. For this invitation, I decided to do a save the date for my parents' wedding from 1994. I went with a simplistic and calligraphy theme for the invitation to create a cute wedding vibe. I also used a splatter-paint brush in photoshop to add a pop of color to the invitation. I created a low opacity for the brush as well to make the color faint.
