GOODWOOD VINTAGE FESTIVAL WRISTBANDS
In 2010 Vintage was sponsored by the international Watch Company (IWC). I was tasked with designing a security solution that would demonstrate IWC's involvement and fit with the atmosphere of the festival, whilst fulfilling its underlying function as a security product.
Above is the final artwork presented to the festival organizers and IWC. The colours chosen for the watch straps were taken from the IWC catalogue. A basic but well-tested socket and stud security system (from our basic vinyl security bands) was used.
Below are the finished wristbands. The designs were well received by IWC and the festival organisers, as well as guests, and generated much interest in the festival and the lenticular technology that was used.
