MINGYANG - MALATANG

Malatang is a common type of Chinese street food. It originated in Sichuan, but it differs mainly from the Sichuanese version in that the Sichuanese version is more similar to what in northern China would be described as hot pot. The owner is searching for her own identity diving in the adventure of bringing this into a bowl. In this designing process, we trying to create a brand personality to reflect the adventurous and the rising of uniqueness flavor to it.
