DandAD Student awards 2013 - It's Nice That

For my entry for the DandAD 2013, It’s Nice That brief, I decided to make a new feature for the regular page on their website. Creative icon of the week is a weekly competition just for students. They can be studying any creative course and their task is to choose a story from the week and create an icon to represent it. The icon can be anything creative, for example, a collage, an illustration or a photograph.

The object in the image is a flyer I made that describes to the student what they have to do and how to enter their piece of work. It has pull tabs and each window contains infographic style icons to represent the courses, types of stories and how to enter. It would be placed in student unions. It’s aim is to engage the existing and new student audience by giving them to chance to have their work showcased on the It’s Nice That website.
