Tiwari House is a combination of a wine estate, a state-of-the-art Winery, a research center, tasting/judging lounges, and a visitor’s center overlooking the landscape of volcanic hills, national parks, and Lake Balaton. The House functions as a center for Hungarian wine excellence and discovery, with grape production, education, winemaking, and wine tasting at its heart.
After years of experiencing wines around the world, Livia and Shashi followed their wine passion and became part of the winemaking heritage of Hungary when they bought a 25-hectare vineyard in the picturesque town of Badacsony, on the northern shore of the Lake Balaton, surrounded by volcanic hills. As the dialogue with local communities intensified, their vineyard holdings grew, and their desire to channel nature and tradition into wine bottles crystallized.
Tiwari House is the vintage wine only. This means they do not combine wines from different years. Each vintage is a creation, singular and unique, that captures memories and expresses both the character of the year and the character of Tiwari House. The wines are released only after extensive elaboration in the cellars when they embody the perfect balance, their signature, and be worthy of Tiwari House cuveé.
PHILOSOPHY
Intricate dynamic nexus of winemaking with nature-inspired a quest to understand meaning and relationships between inseparably connected nature and human nature. Although at first, this appears to be at random, the rhythm of nature actually takes place based on universal principles that dictate balance and imbalance, rise and fall, movement and standstill, daylight and darkness, induced by the spiral of life. A curious richness, so full of harmony, that breaks at every moment into eternal pleasure, that ties emotional, physical, and spiritual intimacy, had to be channeled for the ultimate celebration of life. It’s the progression of a relationship, a dialogue liberating soul, and the beauty which they felt, a medium is created for ones to find their relationship with that of writing a poem.

Decorated with handcrafted calligraphy, which represents thousands of years of old multifaceted artistic tradition, the wine brand label blends poetry with positive philosophical reference words and the innovations of digital technology. The label reflects freshness and youthfulness while demonstrating elegance with a punchy edge through the aesthetic display.
Blanc Sparkling wine
Eternally attracted to each other, Kéknyelű and Budai Zöld is an interplay of two universes, presenting a unique opportunity of achieving harmony through a union. A perfect marriage was made for this single-estate dry sparkling wine to embody the complexity and embrace the fresh youthfulness, complimented with delicate bubbles, evoking fun and liberty. Reflecting on this harmonious union, a pastel yellow wrapping paper with dark olive green undertones creates an inviting to explore the vibrant, fresh and elegant notes of Unwritten Poem's Blanc Sparkling Wine.
ROSÉ Sparkling wine
Equal parts of beauty and courage must be lifted through bubbles symbolizing a paradox of harmony. Subtleness and elegance of Pinot Noir riding on the strength of Syrah found a salmon-pink vibe to evoke pleasant sensations and a vivacious attitude in Rosé Sparkling Wine. It took one year for gentle bubbles to start whispering to the softness inside, spreading wings like beautiful butterflies. The packaging symbolizes Rosé's fruity characteristics with a passionate cherry red lettering and softens it with delicate pastel pink wrapping paper. This harmonious color combination embraces the rich, complex, and well-rounded flavors of the wine balanced with fine acidity.
Blaufränkisch
Envisioning a juicy love perpetually seeking new beginnings from each end, Unwritten Poem's Blaufränkisch idea was born to create richly succulent, graceful, decadent, ethereal wine that sings to everyone every time. After 21 moon-days, having completed double fermentation and oak barrel maturation, a soul-satisfying deeply fruity wine with lush, velvety texture became a reality. By creating a dark and elegant wrapping paper, the aim was to allow Blaufränkisch to reveal itself mysteriously. Oxblood, a sophisticated shade of dark red was chosen for the label to evoke the pleasant notes of ripe dark cherries and berries, while silver foil finishing compliments the luxurious softness of the red wine.
