Drinks_Atelier is an advisory project in cocktails for restaurants, created by Marc Alvarez. A bartender with more than 15 years of experience and specialized in creativity and avant-garde, who has worked with the best chefs in Spain such as Ferran and Albert Adrià, among others. 

Graphically I worked on the chemical properties and taste of ethanol. The chromatographic gradient and flavor diagrams served as visual inspiration to describe the fluid and mixing properties of cocktails.
