The Ultra Project
Today (more than ever), nostalgia is more than a feeling we can experience, it's also a product that we can consume. It might be a photo filter that makes our shot look vintage, or a hit-TV serie like Stranger Things. The Ultra Project is no different. We made cereal representing the feeling of nostalgia towards the services and software from the early 2000s like MSN, Netscape and Flash.
We even got room for a disk!
Melancholic flavors
Ultra Cereal are composed of three different flavours: Netscape Ultra, after the web browser from the late 90s (let's be honest, who remembers it?). Flash Ultra, after the proprietary Adobe format that ran for 2 decades, until late 2020. And finaly, MSN Ultra, after the wonderful communication service from Microsoft.
Design and making of the box
The box leaves space for a custom CD. It could be for a game, or a cool U2 CD ? The cereal bag is made out of an holographic material, and it has the same colour as the CD.
The little extras
We added little details all around the boxes. Of course, we're talkingof the mini games, the list of ingredient, the nutrition values, the product description, all containing easter eggs.
