A new council introduced controlled parking zone (CPZ) has created parking mayhem and chaos in roads in Fiveways.  Residents are quite rightly avoiding the CPZ and are parking in the adjacent roads which do not have CPZs. However this means that  the residents of those roads can no longer park in their own roads. Thes signs were created to display in cars to gauge the level of displacement of cars caused by the new parking scheme.   The photograph used in some shows the mayhem caused by double parking.
