Mana Las Vegas Volleyball Club
Mana Las Vegas Volleyball Club is a volleyball club of 11 to 13-year-old girls that play together since they're about 7. They grow up playing together as a team and as a family. The club competes in Vegas tournaments and national competitions.

The direction was to incorporate a number "8" to pay tribute to one of their young players that passed away. I suggested to use the infinity symbol instead so the meaning of the logo will be "infinite strength/power" ("mana" in Hawaii is power/strength/energy).
This will also prevent the logo from being read as "Mana 8" or "8 Mana".

The first pass looked like a planet because of how the infinity symbol was incorporated. For the final pass, I created the symbol to look like an energy around the ball.
