Smartphone app design concept for retail managers to view and compare the performance of their sales associates and see how their teams compare to other stores. The app also helps managers see how their associates are tracking to meet their goals.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Managing a retail store can be difficult, that is why Domo wanted to create an app that their sales people could use pitch to retail managers that would allow them to see how their sales associates perform against their own teams and how they might be stacking up against other stores. The app needs to be simple enough for managers to quickly view at a glance the metrics that are relevant to them and their store.

LEARNINGS
By creating simple and effective data visualizations a manager can quickly view at a glance how their team members are performing. This information allows them to both reward high performers and address potential problems to help their teams maximize their stores' performance. In the end, this app proved to be an extremely effective tool in closing deals with many retail companies, contributing to overall pipeline.
