GSK - UK Pharma Intranet
This project utilised several qualitative research methods including stakeholder interviews, surveys, depth interviews with users and information architecture (including a card sort).
Stakeholder interviews took the form of ten interviews with business unit leaders and interested parties. The online focused upon the usability and usefulness of the current intranet, the desired aims and purpose of the intranet, each users goals on the intranet and received 430 responses.
In addition to the survey, 19 depth interviews provided qualitative information on the user experience.
