Some of my work at Partnerpedia (now BMC Software), involved the design of privately-branded enterprise marketplaces. These tools allowed our IT clients (Avaya, CDW, Cisco, VMware), to promote partner & customer-facing solutions across various facets of business.

 

Each marketplace included a searchable catalog (mobile, SaaS, cloud), online transactional processing/fulfillment, ratings/reviews, auto provisioning/delivery, corporate purchasing support (volume, PO), partner publishing: vendor-approval workflow, lead management & CRM integration, and metrics/reporting.

My role included customizing the front-end to meet business requirements while working with both clients and developers to optimize usability as new features were added.
