Situation / Proposal:
I propose to make a Logo regarding human emotions. I also would like to make an interesting poster that has meaning behind it.
Logo/Identity
1. The client is Callum
2. The product is artwork.
3.The target market would be people looking to buy artwork.
4. The identity would be that it is human emotions, it is important to make it stand out, so using effects that make our logo stand out.
5. The mood would be that we are trying to create a concept for a new logo that stands out.
6. This would be carried out by making a logo and poster that shows off human emotions.

Each of these designers make extremely nice logos and posters with meaning, which is exactly what I'm going for in this project, some of there work has really inspired me to do this work and has really given me ideas when it comes to making the logo and poster, each of them individually do things differently as well which allows me to gain an understanding of each of there work and then create my own special one. They are five well known designers amongst the gaming community and that's why I myself know of them, i find some definitive inspiration from them.

4 concepts:
Now although these are very similar concepts, I struggled to find exactly what I wanted, I knew I was on the right track so I played around with the original design which I could then develop upon. It was vital I think for this to happen as it allowed me to be more creative with the original design to create a much more fluid and nice looking image. I believe the way I went with the concepts vitally impacted my end product and the way it turned out. The concepts are an important part of designing, especially when doing a logo, this is how you can show your creativity and come up with something new and nice. The concepts I've produced, although very similar were made with the intent to be slightly different from each other. The original design I really liked, it was just a matter of if I could make it any better. These concepts did in fact help me develop what my outcome was, that is why I believe they are extremely important to this final product. The concepts are clearly all similar which isn't necessarily a good thing however i would say in this instance they were as it allowed me to develop upon my original idea even better and deliver a product I really liked and really turned out well. The four concepts in this design were vital, ill repeat that, they were vital. This is because they are the reason I got to such an amazing outcome, in this instance it was necessary to have them similar.

Overall, I ended up deciding that I was going to far trying to design something, I realised keeping it simple was the best decision that why I ended up with this final development and that is why it is the best logo. This final product although similar to an original concept i believe was the best. I do believe this final product is nice and clean, I also believe it stands out and is different. I think I've got a perfect mix of both worlds here. This final design was heavily impacted by obviously the developments and the concepts, this is due to my first attempt at making a logo concept being extremely likeable to myself. I really wanted to find away in the concepts to make it look even better, then under the developments I did sort of the same thing, were I tried to make it look even better, however came to this result which I'm very proud of and I think shows exactly what I was trying to go for and shows exactly what is needed. The stars and dots especially look extremely nice with the lines going through and the words stand out which I really like. Overall it is perfect in my eyes and is exactly what I proposed to create and exactly what I wanted.
Project 2:
Carrying on from what I've already got, i decided to make a poster that could give an insight into views of human emotion, this started by looking through the artists / designers I've previously selected and taking inspiration from much of there work. I wanted to make my work stand out even more. I wanted to make a project that expressed the idea of "emotions". This idea would encapsulate the idea of human emotions and what they are all about.

The client requires a poster to be made called "emotions", the target audience would be the everyday viewer on behance and the identity to be carried the whole way through would be the idea of "emotions" this would be encapsulated in the artwork, the concept would work with that to make a complicated bit of artwork that involves the idea of emotions

Overall these four concepts were not super similar, I got stuck in between a few of them, it was really hard to decide which one to develop upon, however I got there eventually and decided upon the fourth one, This was due to the potential it had, this was because it was quite simple to start off, however had a clean design that I really liked. overall the concepts created here were really nice and I was really happy with each of them, I think they all turned out great, resulting in a hard decision for me. The eventual design concept I chose will hopefully fulfil the potential I saw within it.

I chose this poster as my end product, I'm very happy with the way it turned out, I think it displays exactly what I was going for, it really stands out which was my main goal for it. It came out amazing and I couldn't be happier. It definitely fulfilled the potential I saw within it, the poster I believe has become more than I could've imagined. It really encapsulates the idea of emotions and shows what I wanted it to. This is because each line is the idea of a different emotion and how there are so many, then the blur effect, mixed with the dust particles and the fading done with the text all shows the idea of emotions being confusing which definitely was what I was going for. It overall also shows our emotions journey of going down bad roads but there is still light everywhere so the darkness is only temporary.
The overall project definitely turned out great and it shows exactly what I was aiming for in the project ideas, it shows the idea of emotions more then enough and helps to give an insight into human emotions which I'm really proud of since that was really my goal. The design itself came around nicely as well and I believe looks quite nice also.
Overall:
Overall I'm happy with all the effort I put in and the outcomes I reached, I definitely expanded my knowledge on the programs used and I really exceeded what I thought I was capable of. These posters and logos I think show evidence of that. I believe I've accomplished more then I could've imagined, this work has extremely so expanded my knowledge. The emotions poster i believe turned out great and showed the ideas I wanted to show, same with the emotions logo, it shows the ideas i wanted to show and followed the situation / proposal. This whole project has benefitted me and my knowledge, I'm grateful to have been able to do this project.
