I focus my attention on the parts that the writer uses for telling to the reader the “other truth” thanks to metaphores and symboles. In the story, the arts have a special role for all the characters. So, I think to start from Tommy’s (the male character) artworks to create the cover. His drawings symbolize his own situation in a perfect metaphor: the children in Hailsham are special; also, they’re clones raised like livestock.

On the other side of the cover I want to express another important concept. In childhood, during the life in Hailsham, the three characters used to love the barter of their precious. As adults, the exchange will continue with the parts of their body but with the same childish view.
