Fernando Rivera, the Medical Center Director at the the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System tasked the Public Relations and Medical Media team with creating weekly video updates during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. These videos served as emergency communication to both Veterans and staff showing the hard work, patient safety, and infection control steps taken to keep everyone at the medical center safe.
