It was always one of my goals to be able to design something Siren-inspired for Starbucks so when this opportunity arose, I felt like this was the right project for it.
When I was brainstorming and designing for this project, the situation around me involved natural elements – fire, air, and water. That time, the Mayon Volcano was on alert-level. I also often found myself on trips to the seaside around that time. Naturally, I tended towards red, yellow and blue – the colors of our national flag.
