I've been working on this Orc for a couple of days. It's the first orc I draw and paint and I'm very proud of it.  He is a wise seer.
Here is his concept:

"I need to ask you whether should I execute the prisoners or throw them in the pits of Muk-Galoth and let the spirits decide their fate"
And so the seer answered:
"But bear in mind, young war chief, spirits can be capricious, they might not deliver the grim fate that you are truly seeking for these prisoners, do not tempt the wilds to do your bidding, for vengeance is not in the language of our ancient Loa."
Briefly pausing, he ended while touching the now upset leader .
"And respect the outcome. That is, if they get out alive of the pits..."

"I'm yet to understand why father chose me instead of you, little brother, but I will not make the same mistake that costed my left arm, no... Today I listen" Said the war chief as he grinded his teeth and swallowed the growl he was about to exhale to his seer.

"He chose you because he knew what was ahead of us, brother, we need a prime warrior for these times of conflicts, the trolls completely forsaken their ferocity, leaving it all to the Loa. And look what has become of them, now just a memory stomped under the feet of pigskins, save your passion, brother, for I assure you our father's spirit shall roar and echo within the pigskins hearths through your howls, and they will know horrors when the time comes, but for now, we show composure"

The war chief took a deep breath, and nodded in approval.
