Working with The Studio of Williamson Curran, we animated these promos for the Mercury Music Awards to be shown on Channel 4 and More 4 in the run up to the live event.
We worked on these promos for three consecutive years, each year we based the animations on album artwork of the nominees.
We experimented with different ideas and chose effects such as mirroring and kaleidoscopic movements specific to each piece of artwork and how it interacted with the typography.
