One of the challenges new product face both in-store and on e-commerce platforms is that customers don’t get enough information about the product.
When SYOSS decided to develop and launch Brow Tint, a permanent coloration kit for eye brows, it was after extensive market research and current customers requested, and it provided the perfect solution for customers: a professional brows dying product to use at home.
For the in-store customers, the packaging itself told the story and additional POS materials, like brochures were also helping the customers in their purchase journey.

My role was to design that journey and guide the customer on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, both the structure of the guide as well as the visual content.
The images were both building brand awareness as well as showcasing the benefits of
the product, in a simple visual manner, and allowing the customer to have a good overview of all the range, as if he was in the shop in front of the shelf.
I also created the instruction illustrations, and they were also used in the instructional leaflet that was accompanied the product.
The product's design was created in 2018, a Crossactive team effort, and the product was launched in 2019.
