My first project was to design a digital magazine cover for "Nature".
I used canva to design the Cover page of the Magazines and came up with 5 different styles of design to create a magazine cover.

Design Thinking
Mind Map:
Learnt what are the different styles of Design and chose five of it and created a mind map to choose what can go best with each design.

Mood Boards:
Collected a lot of different peoples work and created a mood board which actually helped me a lot in coming up with my own designs.

Prototype:
Design Draft: The different styles of design I used in this project is Minimalism, Duotone with combination Asymmetry and open Composition, Collage, Maxi Typography and Geometric+Organic Design.
Mock ups:
Created few Mockups to check how the magazine will look when printed and used Digitally.

Reflective Analysis:
In this project, I could learn a lot of things on how design elements are connected with each other. Learnt to use right typefaces, chose the colors according to the content and image used and used right shapes to convey the message to the viewers and also learnt to put them in proper layouts. Also learnt different type of design styles and the process of Design Thinking. I would also try few other different styles and practice them to make my designs better and better.
