Zirve Yazılım is a technology company that develops software that you can operate in the easiest way without the need for a second process. Our aim here was to present Zirve Yazılım products to existing and new customers easily and effectively, and to inform them about the company’s innovations and campaigns. Along with these, it was to create a mobile-friendly platform where users would experience without getting bored. While redesigning the interface, we paid attention to the fact that it should be innovative, in line with design trends and manifested the image of a technology company by using research, user experience and competitor analysis data.

Research & UX Process

When starting this project, the current website was scanned primarily. The current content inventory was created by examining all tabs on the website. Simultaneously, research processes were carried out. First, the Google Analytics data of the website was examined, and user profiles and user behavior were analyzed. When the usage times and the number of clicks of the pages on the website were evaluated, the problems on the website and the areas to be improved were determined.

User interviews, which is created to support all other user experience research outputs, for users using Zirve Yazılım products and using products of other competitors were planned. In the user research, the users were listened by preparing questions. The development of the website was supported by evaluating the problems experienced by the users, the situations they were not satisfied with and their suggestions.

In addition, a comprehensive Benchmark study was conducted to evaluate Zirve Yazılım's position in the market and its competitors. In this study, the areas where competitor websites differ from others and where user experience design principles are applied were evaluated and the aspects of the Zirve Yazılım website that could be developed were determined.

The information created by combining the outputs of these processes and customer feedback has formed the basis of the new website content inventory. The breakdowns of many pages such as home page contents, main navigation elements, product detail pages, support pages etc. were listed in details. With this step, a sitemap was created for the Zirve Yazılım website.

As a result of all these examinations and evaluations, wireframe design processes were carried out within the scope of user

experience.

Cards

Since the company has a lot of content and products, we have prepared components that can be easily edited and reproduced in the design phase; such as product cards, feedback cards and fee cards etc. This enabled us to use time effectively by providing less effort, not only in the design process but also in the software process.

Micro Animations

Customer Feedback

We have included the latest shared product feedback on the homepage. Those who wanted to examine the products would be able to easily access the product experiences of other users. Collecting feedback about the products is important not only for new users, but also for measuring the satisfaction levels of existing users and making improvements in the product according to the needs.

The blog tab was designed in order for users to easily follow the innovations, access detailed information about product usage and be informed about the campaigns.
