The Digital Narrative
In the Fall of 2010, I was fortunate to have the opportunity of participating in the exhibition design of "The Digital Narrative" presented by the International Digital Media & Arts Association (IDMAa).
The conference spanned from November 4-6th at Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
Our design team process began with our individual visual explorations for what the visual language of the conference could look like.
After the visual language of the branding was finalized in using the design by Nireesha Prakash, fellow Designer, Alvin Kwan and I was given the role of designing the wayfinding signage for the conference.
Our final deliverables took the form of matte vinyl prints that were applied to various locations including walls and floors.
Thanks to Marten Sims and Karen Whistler who acted as mentors to our design team throughout the process of this project.
