NUIT BLANCHE is Toronto's free all-night contemporary art event. The CITY OF TORONTO has produced the event since 2006.

THE BRIEF

For the 2019 festival I was tasked with putting together the promo for the festival using footage from the year previous as well as put together teams to cover the festival for the Marketing Department. The footage is intended to be used to promote the festival in upcoming years as well as to promote initiatives the city is doing.

THE APPROACH

For the 2019 festival coverage I put together 2 teams to cover the 45+ installations we were asked to cover. Each team had one videographer and an assistant/driver and we spent the entirety of the night filming all over the city. Team One Covered City Hall, Queen West, Fort York, the AGO, and a few additional spots along the way. Team Two covered Yonge and Dundas Square, The Reference Library, The Danforth, Science Center, and the hub at Scarborough Town Center.
